Before sending in any requests, we ask that you check to see if your question has already been answered below.

When will my Bidone be delivered?

Deliveries will be made using major international delivery services within 3-5 days from the time of ordering, save for exceptional cases in which deliveries will be made no later than 10 business days after the order is placed. Please allow for an additional 3 working days for all international deliveries.

How can I pay for my Bidone?

Payment can be made with credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay and pick up your order from our headquarter, please inform us ahead of time either via email (info@bidonedesign.it) or phone.

Can my Bidone be delivered internationally?

International deliveries are limited to the European countries in the following list: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France (not Corsica), Germany, Great Britain, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Holland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

However, we invite you to contact us via email if you are interested in receiving our products in a country not mentioned in the above list.

How secure are the online purchases? Is my data protected?

We use the PayPal circuit for processing payments, used by millions of online stores: you pay only by entering your email and password, so there is no way for us to gain access to your bank account information.
The security of your data is a top priority! We retain your data exclusively for your order.

Can I personalize my Bidone?

Yes! Each Bidone is available in a variety of colors and can be paired with one of three different tops. However, it is possible to personalize your Bidone even further – simply send us an email with the color you desire – with a surcharge of €10,00.

My Bidone has a defect. What do I need to do?

In case of damage or defect, the product will be replaced at no extra charge within 10 business days. However, we remind you that you are purchasing a recycled product; therefore, dents or any marks/imperfections resulting from the previous use of the tank, which all make these products unique, are not considered as defects for which a product may be returned or replaced.

Will I receive an invoice for my purchase?

The moment you make a purchase, an Order Confirmation will be generated. It is possible to download a digital version (.pdf) of the invoice by clicking on “Orders” in the “My Account” menu and then clicking on the “Invoice” button connected to the order. The invoice for each order will be available to download within 48 hours from when the order is placed.

It is also possible to download the invoice from the Order Delivery Notification email (found attached to the email).

I’ve changed my mind: how can I cancel an order?

In the event that the stipulation of a purchase is not made by a business entity, the sale in question is to be considered subject to Legislative Decree 206/2005, which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.

In this case, remote purchases are made by telephone, or via the Internet, whether they are delivered to a home address or picked up at the company headquarters or where the company (Bidone) is physically present. The aforementioned procedure applies to consumers who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their own business. Therefore, purchases made by retailers and companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The consumer is entitled, within 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right consists of the right to return the purchased product to the vendor and the consequent refund of the purchase price within 14 calendar days from receipt of the return. The shipping and return costs of the goods are not subject to reimbursement.

To cancel an order, the purchaser is required to send an email to info@bidonedesign.it and writing “CANCELLATION OF ORDER #…” in the Subject line. We kindly as that, in the body of the email, you provide us with your account number (IBAN) and the name on the account so that we are able to make the reimbursement payment.
